I have always been impressed by Schumacher Chevrolet of North Palm Beach/ Lake Park. As we must do sometimes, I had my vehicle serviced recently. Rob the shop Foreman and Al the service advisor made the process seamless. The mechanics were awesome and took great care of us ensuring everything was done right and to our satisfaction. We have always and continue to have a great experience each time we stop in for an oil change, tires or anything service or maintenance related. All of the employees are polite and courteous. In a day and time when customer service seems to be dwindling away, check out what they do and say at Schumacher Chevrolet!!

Very pleasant experience, car and fees were as described. I'm gonna start by saying that this was the smoothest and most professional experience I have ever had buying a car from a dealership and that's all thanks to Emanuel. When I started shopping, I dealt with tens of dealerships but what stood up with Emanuel was his outstanding professionalism and clarity. His knowledge and especially urgency in answering my questions was what stood out the most among others. At the end, it came down to 3 options but with his promptness, he managed to get my business even though my first choice was my favorite Ev from another manufacturer for the same price, more or less; one match from another Chevy dealership for the same car with more options (trailer package and weather mats) and lastly one with an exact match and a 500 dollars discount under his quote and 2 of them were much much closer to home. In the end, the treatment I was receiving from Emanuel sealed the deal for me. When others kept trying to convince me to stop at the dealership or trying to charge me for fluff add-ons I didn't need or wanted, Emanuel understood that my schedule was really heavy with very limited free time and presented me with a detailed email containing a very clear break-down of my costs and the numbers I wanted to visually see to simplify things for me. Once at the dealership, everything went fast, in and out, no bait and switch, no games, papers signed, and I was on my way. Shumacher is now on top of my list for my next purchase and my recommendations if a coworker or a family member wants to get a car. Once again, Thank you Emanuel and all the best.
