A wildly difference and much more informative sales experience than any other I’ve had before if you’re looking for a new vehicle and you see this review, make sure you ask for Anthony Orio when you walk in.

We live in North Carolina and had a very hard time finding the vehicle we wanted. We were blessed to get in touch with Anthony Orio. Not only did he give us a great deal but he stayed in consistent communication throughout the process. I was hesitant to buy a car sight unseen and have it shipped across states lines but Anthony put us at ease and the car showed up exactly as advertised. It's evident that he cares about his customer's experience and I would not hesitate to do business with Anthony again. I would also recommend him for any out of state transaction's if you find yourself in a similar situation.

Schumacher has really improved their service department. I was pleasantly surprised at the high quality of service that they are now providing. We have always serviced our cars here but they had gone downhill. It is nice to see that they are back. I had the pleasure of working with AJ and Tony. They were concerned with the customer experience, something that was not always a priority for this service department. They went out of their way to make sure that my repair process was done correctly the first time and that my wait time was minimal. We will be back!

I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 20 years. While the vehicle selection, dealership and F&I interactions have always been great - it’s really because of the relationship built with Tom Ford. He has earned my trust and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of on large financial transactions. He makes the typical lengthy car buying process tolerable and has always been transparent each step of the way. His ability to get difficult deals done always surprises me. While I am sure he has the best interest of the dealership in mind, you’d never know it from the way he always makes you feel like he’s in your corner. Can’t thank him enough for always coming thru for me.
