Service person did not look at computer to see if I had a service agreement and was going to charge for oil change Told me was my issue as I didn’t tell him I had agreement I thought the agreement was on computer system. Also I didn’t realize wipers and filters not covered with my agreement. I could have done it for the cost of the wipers and filters. Now I know as nothing was explained or looked at on computer system

The service department is top notch and that starts with the advisors and Tony the supervisor. From the top down everyone was helpful and respectful, they even gave me a loaner car to drive for the week while they worked on my car. Fox was amazing and his ability to explain things in layman was great. Overall 10/10 experience.

Because I had a week without a car and the dealer did not give me a rental car when my truck has a guarantee, they give me a rental car, but I had to get out of my pocket.

I was pleasantly surprised with the treatment my wife and I received during the purchase of a new vehicle for her. They presented the vehicle listened to what we wanted and were very friendly and professional with no extra BS that we have at prior dealerships the whole process was enjoyable and not a waste of my time. I will consider going back for my next purchase because of the treatment we received.

Hands down the best experience from the first walk in on. Mr. John Michael listened to our wishes and had just the right vehicle for us ready in minutes. We were treated as a family and our time was respected. Later on i had to bring the vehicle in due to minor factory paint defect. Met with Justin - Sales Manager and again knew right away that i am in good hands. While the vehicle was in, Peggy and Ron from accessories department reached out and coordinated with everyone for detailing and ceramic coating application- which was part of original purchase agreement. I was provided a loaner vehicle for the entire duration, which i highly appreciated. Everyone was super polite, accomodating and helpfull in more ways than imaginable. Thank you for an excellent experience!

Wonderful experience, my second vehicle purchased from this dealership in the last year. The sales woman did an amazing job finding the right truck for me and didn’t give up until she found it at the right price!
